    Law firm plots growth in new West Loop office tower

    After outgrowing its Loop offices, law firm Polsinelli has a long-term home in a tower under construction in the West Loop.

    Hyatt confirms it will move HQ in 2017

    Hyatt Hotels said today that it will move its headquarters to a 53-story office tower under construction along the Chicago River in the West Loop.

    The announcement confirmed a Crain’s report in November that the Chicago-based hotel chain planned to move to the 1.2 million-square-foot tower at 150 N. Riverside Plaza. The company is currently based at the Hyatt Center, 71 S. Wacker Drive. VIEW FULL
